Organic Recycling Systems gets BSE approval for bonus share allotment with August record date As on : 05-Aug-26  17:44

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. announced that it has received in-principal approval from the BSE Limited for the proposed allotment of up to 51,99,637 bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2, and has fixed August 20, 2026, as the record date, with a deemed date of allotment of August 21, 2026.
